Q. Where are we located?
A. 11459 6th Ave Ocean. Marathon, 33050. Mile marker 53, Atlantic ocean side. Right on the water. Near Vaca Cut.
Q. How many people are allowed?
A. Maximum 8 guests allowed. NO exceptions-the Marathon city fire department monitors occupancy very closely.
Q. Does the primary renter need to meet a minimum age requirement?
A: Yes, 25 years old and the person who signs the lease must stay in the property for the duration of the rental term.
Q. Is smoking allowed in house?
A. No. But we allow smoking of all legal materials outside.
Q. How many bedrooms, beds and bathrooms?
A. We have 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms-showers only/no tub. Two bedrooms have a king and the other
bedroom has two twins. There is a sleeper sofa in living room-linens stored in orange ottoman and pillows/comforter in top of master bedroom closet
Q. Is there a washer and dryer?
A. Yes and washing detergent available on shelf above units
Q. Is there internet and smart TVs?
A. Yes, we have internet, Roku, cable, & DVR. We have a total of three TV’s.
Q. Is there a pool?
A. Yes, we have a private pool. The pool can be heated for additional charge of $100/week.
Q. Is there a barbecue?
A. Yes, there is a grill located outside - we ask that you roll the grill out from under the roof area of lanai when using grill. If you run out of propane, there is a back up tank in the garage.
Q. How many cars are allowed?
A. We provide 4 car parking spaces. One inside the garage, 1 in driveway and 2-3 in gravel area in front of the house. You can have one car and one boat trailer in gravel. You MUST NOT park on the road-there is a fine for doing so and our neighbors will notify us.
If you have a boat trailer and more than one car you will have to make private
arrangements to park your boat trailer elsewhere. Street parking is not allowed
by city ordinance.
Q. Are Pets allowed?
A. Not generally, but may be allowed on a case by case basis. There is an additional cleaning fee of $100.
Q. Are children allowed?
A. Yes-but all children must never be left unattended. Children under 18 should not be alone at any time on the property.
Q. Are parties allowed?
A. No
Q. Are boats allowed?
A. Yes, you can tie up along the south side of the sea wall. Please supply your own lines and fenders.
Q. Are trailers, boat trailers, jet ski trailers allowed on property?
A. We provide 3-4 outside parking spaces. If you have a boat trailer you will need to park at an angle or parallel to the street and could possibly fit one car in gravel, 1 in driveway and 1 inside garage. More cars -you will have to make private
arrangements to park your boat trailer elsewhere. Street parking is not allowed
by city ordinance.
Q. Is the boat lift available for use?
A. No.
